On the nose, elegant aromas of ripe red fruits that settle in nicely with contasting chocolate and coffee notes. In mouth it is powerful in spite of its softness. Supple but with a good structure.
A hazy and alluring bottling of Syrah rose with soft berry and pink lady apple notes. Biodynamically farmed Sauvignon from the Lujan de Cuyo sub-region of Mendoza. Fermented with wild yeasts in concrete egg, bottled unfiltered and unfined without additives save a touch of sulfites. The yeasty sediment, which the winery suggests being shaken into suspension, adds to the rich texture of wine. Natural yet clean and precise, a very well-made wine. -Tristen Gild
A dry, rosehip and cherry-toned sparkling red wine from a biodynamic estate in Mendoza. A true pet-nat made with a single fermentation completed in the bottle without filtering or disgorgement and no sulfites added. Think of it as sparkling Beaujolais! Drink very chilled and unshaken. As it is prone to frothing upon opening so have glass in hand to serve immediately.

Sin clarificar, estabilizar ni filtrar, a la vista se presenta amarillo y turbio, ya que es embotellado con las borras finas de conservación, antioxidante por excelencia. En nariz presenta la frescura de las notas herbales, como flores de manzanilla combinadas con cítricos. Fluido al paladar, fresco, dulce y amable.
